How to join, step by step

You do not need a paid Minecraft account. Any Java Edition from 1.7 to the newest one can join.

    Open Minecraft Java Edition

    Start the game and click Multiplayer on the main menu. If a warning about an unsigned account appears, just continue.

    Click "Add Server"

    At the bottom of the server list press Add Server. Two boxes appear.

    Server Name — write anything, for example NEBULA.
    Server Address — write exactly this:

    nebulasmp.ice.fo

    Then press Done.

    Join

    NEBULA now shows up in your list. Double-click it, or select it and press Join Server. If it says it cannot connect, wait a few seconds and press Refresh.

    Set your password

    The first time you join, the chat asks you to register. Press T to open chat and type:

    /register yourpassword yourpassword

    Write the same password twice. This locks your name so nobody else can take it. Every time you join later you type /login yourpassword.

  5. 5

    Start playing

    Type /kit for your free starter gear, /rtp to teleport into the wild, /shop to buy and /sell to sell. Type /help at any time to see everything.
